Her story
At fifteen, when her parents got divorced, Nicole carried a responsibility no teenager should. She was asked to “judge” behaviors in delicate couple issues and nearly induct families future. Their different points of view where often biased.
Then, while trying to ensure no one felt unfairly treated, she realized the importance of commentary influence, subjectivity, intention and resilience.
That experience shaped her way of thinking. She appreciated skills like seeing behind the mask, holding space for opposing truths, and creating systems that bring clarity where chaos appears.
Today, those same skills define her work with CEOs and leaders: guiding them through complexity, helping them confront hidden struggles, and rebuilding from the inside out.

Nicole’s bio
Nicole Kamva was born in Athens, Greece, and her path into psychology began with a simple but powerful question: “Why do people who seem to have everything, still feel lost in a way?”
She studied Psychology in France at the innovative PARIS VIII University, where she mastered 14 therapeutic approaches – from psychoanalysis to cognitive-behavioral and systemic methods. This gave her something rare: the flexibility to adapt to each person’s unique reality, always with one goal in mind – real tangible solutions.
Her journey continued through more than a decade of clinical practice in leading hospitals – from the Psychiatric Hospital of Attica to specialized foundations for children and families. There, she confronted the raw human struggles of addiction, autism, trauma, and imbalance. Through this she discovered her lifelong mission: to help people restore their inner balance and reclaim life control.
Nicole expanded her expertise in London with an MSc in Developmental Psychology, and later in Mentoring & Executive Coaching at the University of the Aegean. Since 2000, she has worked privately with leaders, founders, and professionals, while also creating three psychological support centers for adults, children, and adolescents.
Today, as the founder of My Mentoring Project, she works with CEOs and high-performing leaders worldwide. Her program is not just about performance – it’s about transformation.
